Hospitality

If you must change your scheduled time for providing coffe hour Hospitality, please be responsible for finding your own substitute. We have found that the best way to do that is to email all on the Hospitality list (below) and ask who would switch dates with you.

General Instructions for Coffee Hour Hospitality:

	Arrive about a half an hour before the service
	Make 1-2 pitchers of lemonade (lemonade mix is in the bottom cupboard to the left of the stove) and one of water. There is an icemaker next to the dishwasher.
	Make coffee, using one of the larger coffee makers (because the number of people drinking coffee is growing). Coffee and condiments are in the cupboard above the sink. Coffee mugs are in the cupboard next to the sink. Disposable cups are in the cupboard with the lemonade mix.
	Set out trays of cookies or whatever else. (There are bags of cookies and similar items in the freezer.)
	The plates, napkins, table cloths, etc are in the closet across from the kitchen
	Clean up afterwards. It usually isn't that much, the coffee things and the trays.
